It's time to address some of the more detailed questions from the comments. We cover an analysis of the iPhone X design and features, some lens suggestions for the LUMIX GH5, Touchscreen Autofocus on the GH5, and much more.
Today's an AMA show… basically, an extended commentary. What do YOU want to talk about? Topics included the iPhone 8 or X, GH5 V-Log, and Final Cut Pro X and other video editing programs.

At some point, you'll want to share your images with the world. But do you get them out of Affinity Photo? This video explains it all, including moving your master .afphoto file back to iCloud.
This is the first “podcast” style episode, where we'll be talking news in the world of photography. Today's topics are:
•• iPhone 8 & iPhone X Cameras
•• People bruning holes in their cameras during the eclipse
•• DJI's updated quieter, longer-lasting Mavic drone

How exciting can exporting be? When it comes to Affinity Photo on macOS, it turns out… very. The features in here are amazing, especially to web and graphic designers.
Well THAT was a lot of fun! I liveblogged the Special Event (iPhone 8 / iPhone X launch) MST3K style. As expected that video has been blocked on YouTube (copyright infringement on the music) but that's OK, here's the post-show commentary!
Time to answer a few of those lingering questions from the comments… we begin with a few shorter answers.

Let's get GOOey! With Affinity Photo you can liquify an image, which can actually be far more useful than it sounds! Scale eyes to match, add a hint of a smile, and a whole lot more.

Why would you liquify a photo, short of GOOing up your kid's or dog's face? It turns out there's some pretty powerful stuff you can do when your image turns to silly putty.
This will be an unboxing (right after I re-box it…) and a first look. We'll pop it on the camera, see what the field of view looks like compared to the 7-14 and 12-35, and generally discuss the look and feel of the thing!
The Behringer X AIR XR16 is up and running! Definitely not fully configured yet, but let me show you what it's like so far! Also, we're using YouTube's new Ultra Low Latency Streaming Mode. What do you guys think about it?
We did the unboxing… now let's see if it's any good! Today's show will be broadcast from the YouTube app on an iPhone 7 Plus connected to the SAMSON Go Mic Mobile.

Stacking allows a multitude of options, including one we didn't see before in the macOS video — noise removal! This technique can take your high-ISO photos to a noise-fee nirvana.
I don't even recall where I first heard about this wireless lav mic, but I ordered it months ago and it's been on backorder — but it finally arrived. Wireless digital microphones (2.4 GHz) have been problematic in the past, but Samson Go ensures that they've resolved traditional problems (dropouts and crackles when not line of site, primarily). Let's find out!
